What technology is used for NFT?

The NFTs in the INITIAL collection are based on the Polygon blockchain and the NFTs in the GENESIS collection are based on the Ethereum blockchain, all using the ERC-721 standard.

What's the link between NFT and the villa?

The NFT INITIAL represents the validation of your KYC but does not represent a validation of your selection for the NFT GENESIS or the purchase of a villa. The NFT GENESIS represents your place as initiator of the project and gives you access to the purchase of one of the 15 villas for sale. In the future, they will offer exclusive benefits, such as access to privileged activities, private locations and unique services on the island of Tupai.

What happens if the call for projects is unsuccessful?

Your NFT will be reimbursed, less a maximum 2% fee for financial management by our partner BD Multimédia and notary.

Does the NFT grant legal ownership of the villa?

The NFT does not represent a property right in the villa, it is a digital proof linked to the operation and the benefits, but the legal ownership of the villa is finalized by classic notarial deeds.

What should I do if I lose access to my wallet containing the NFT?

Can I sell my NFT GENESIS without selling my villa?

Yes, this is entirely possible. However, you need to make sure that the acquirer has carried out KYC, otherwise the transaction cannot go ahead.

Prepare the purchase of your NFT directly on the site by filling in the form, then proceed with KYC and the purchase of the NFT in crypto or FIAT by bank transfer or credit card.

If the call for projects is won by the “Tupai Life Project”, the funds linked to the purchase of the NFT will be released from escrow. We will ask you to send the €25 million linked to the purchase of the villa for escrow. You then come and enjoy a 4-nights stay for 2 at the Four Seasons in Bora-Bora. During this stay, you reserve your villa (location, options).

Once the building permit has been obtained. The funds for the purchase of the villa (€25 million excluding any options) will be released by the notary as work progresses.
